I'm too embarrassed to post my weight gain.

I binged. Oh god. It was awful. I don't know what came over me. It was like food was everywhere. I feel disgusting and today is strictly an apple day but I thought I'd do some thinspo throughout the day just to remind me to shut my damn mouth.
